If you will be volunteering to drive for a field trip this school year, please complete the following

1. Volunteer driver’s form filled out (attached) 
2. A driver’s abstract form. The link is on page 4 in the Volunteer Information Package (attached)
3. A criminal record check. Please follow the instructions starting on page 1 of the attached Volunteer Information Package. 

Note: once you have filled out the Volunteer application form & received the results from the ICBC Driver’s abstract, please email both documents to us at latimerroad@surreyschools.ca or bring to the office. You will not receive confirmation for the criminal record check from the district. Teachers will be coming to the office to check if volunteers have completed the process before a field trip.

Note: If you are a volunteer that has already started the process of completing the new volunteer driving procedure, please ensure you have completed all 3 steps: volunteer form, ICBC abstract and criminal record check. These documents need to be submitted to the office either in person or by email (latimerroad@surreyschools.ca).
